Role
PDW is seeking a Final Release Verification Inspector to join our team, contributing to our Quality Operations. The ideal candidate will thrive working in an innovative and fast-paced work environment, have excellent critical thinking skills, and will play a pivotal role in the final inspection process.
Responsibilities

Perform Final Release Verification audits on completed palletized product to work order BOM.
Review Flight Hardware at the completion of the assembly build/test/package cycle.
Analyze and report on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, and flight testing.
Assist implementing process improvements for the organization.
Interpretation of documents such as quality and assembly instructions, drawings, industry standards and safety rules.
Document product inspection findings on Final Release Verification Record
Utilize PDW ERP system to perform daily activities.
Manage metrics associated with Final Release Verification.
Compliance to all Quality Management System Procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2+ years of experience conducting final release verification inspections or inspecting flight hardware assemblies.
Strong understanding of quality assurance and inspection processes.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Knowledge of email, spreadsheet software, word processing software and presentation software.
Military inspection program experience is highly preferred.

ITAR Requirement
In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
