Family Nurse Practitioner
Join our dynamic Internal and Family Medicine Practice, where you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for working up patients, charting using Med Connect EMR, placing orders, and reviewing labs and x-rays. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, ranging from infants to senior adults, and will also perform Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and insurance physicals.
Full Time Schedule:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Benefits:
Full Time Schedule:
- Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (One half day off per week)
- Thursdays: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- One weekend every one/two months:
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (for our Extended Hours Walk-In Clinic)
- 3.5 days per week between Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- One weekend every one/two months:
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (for our Extended Hours Walk-In Clinic)
