Evening Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, managing pricing strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties

Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, including stock management, cash register operations, and retail math calculations.
Implement effective inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and retail math.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Proficiency in inventory management practices.
Experience with cash register operations and financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of recruiting best practices is a plus.
