DSHS ESA Forms & Records Analyst 1
Are you detail-oriented? Do you strive to stay organized and excel at doing so? The Economic Services Administration (ESA), Customer Service Contact Center is looking for multiple Forms & Records Analyst 1's to become a part of our dedicated team in the Hub Imaging Unit (HIU) in Tacoma, WA.
In this role, you will sort, scan, and index forms/documents into an electronic tracking and display system. You will also process documents including reviewing, cataloging, and transmitting forms for records retention, migration, and disposition. This is an in-office-only position.
Some of what you'll be doing:
- Receive, analyze, organize and prepare client forms and records, while adhering to policies and procedures
- Prepare analyzed forms into batches for imaging, differentiating by household, document code, client ID, and date
- Analyze records management discoveries, developing and implementing plans for rectifying system deficiencies
- Assist with reviewing and updating record retention schedules and coordinate retrieval of information in response to requests from staff and management
- Image client documents, using the high speed ILINX capture software
- Learns, uses and assists in the development of Federal and State records retention policies and procedures
What we're looking for:
- Ten key experience
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Ability to work with a computer on a daily basis
- Accurate keyboard skills including proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a high-volume repetitive environment with frequent movement between tasks
