A secluded oceanfront retreat on Hawaii's last unspoiled island. On the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lanai, our five-star, five-diamond resort sits just a moment away from many of the most scenic spots, best reached by foot or 4-by-4, and where the Hawaii found in vintage postcards comes vibrantly to life. Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Director of Finance.
JOIN OUR 'OHANA
The Director of Finance forms part of the Planning Committee who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Lana'i resorts. The Director is responsible for safeguarding the hotel assets and financial resources contributing towards optimizing hotel financial performance. Provides timely and accurate financial information and counsel to hotel senior management (and ownership group) and ensures that the hotel operates within all related local and corporate policies and procedures and under the terms of the management agreement and any other applicable agreements. The Director is also responsible for the development of Finance talent to aid the future growth of the company.
Some travel is required for training, conferences and special events.
What We Look For:
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, analytical, have solid business acumen, good relationship skills and strong leadership behaviors to thrive in an island environment.
Applicants are required to have three to five years' experience of senior level Finance management. A Finance or Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience within luxury hospitality establishments.
