Direct Support Professional (DSP) Autism experience
```Duties```Attending a day program on M-F . Need experience, resourcefulness, RBT a plus.
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential or community setting who are living in a specific Autism Group Home. Ratio driven.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Implement individualized care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Document and maintain accurate records of services provided
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation, medication management systems, and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to take and record vital signs as needed
- Familiarity with dementia care, assisted living, or home care is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Understanding of resident rights and the ability to advocate for individuals
