Job Summary: The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing our social media presence, analyzing digital media performance, optimizing our website, and improving our SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In.
Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Website Optimization: Oversee the design, development, and optimization of our website to ensure a user-friendly experience and high search engine rankings.
SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support overall marketing goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
The position requires the person to be in the Stamford, CT. office.
Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and web analytics tools.
Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for health and fitness is a plus.
