Job Description: We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This role will focus on the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with particular expertise in Meta Ads, content creation, and graphic design. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing a social media content calendar and leveraging Canva for quick design needs. Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads Management: Create, optimize, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to maximize ROI. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation: Develop and design engaging content across social media, blogs, email marketing, and websites to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Graphic Design: Use Canva and other design tools to create eye-catching visual content for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Calendar Management: Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
SEO & SEM: Assist in optimizing content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all campaigns and content align with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with Meta Ads.
Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Experience managing a social media content calendar.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
