Job Summary: The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for managing and verifying detailed client information within the departmental database. The role involves conducting research on business processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with training new associates. The Specialist will also provide proactive customer service and ensure the accuracy of data entry while coordinating with other departments.

Essential Duties:
- Data Management: Accurately enter and verify detailed client information in the departmental database, ensuring all entries are completed in a timely manner.
- Research & Review: Conduct preliminary research and review business processes or data to support departmental needs.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of necessary technology platforms used within the department to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Training Support: Assist in the training of new associates, including the review and research of training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and comprehensive.

Customer Service: Professionally and courteously handle incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and occasional in-person requests. Provide solutions to problems and ensure client satisfaction.

Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with other departments regarding the entry and maintenance of account information, ensuring all data is consistent and up-to-date.

Quality Assurance: Assist with accuracy checks of team data entry to ensure that accuracy levels meet departmental standards.

Customer Service (Specialized): Provide proactive customer service related to the Change of Financial Professional Process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate would possess entry level experience, typically around 1-2 or more years.
Compensation: $15-17 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
