CYBERSECURITY PRINCIPAL SPECIALIST #542
The Sergeant at Arms plays a crucial roles in upholding the operational integrity of the Senate community. Our vision is to foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, ensuring uninterrupted legislative proceedings irrespective of time, place, or circumstance. The Cybersecurity department is responsible for protecting the systems and information used to create the legislation that underwrites out democracy. We create a resilient cybersecurity operation by pro-actively identifying, protecting, detecting, reacting, and recovering (IPDRR) the US Senate enterprise. We combine people, processes, and technology into a state of the art, continuous risk-reduction proactive that is flexible, innovative, and effective.
As part of the SAA's dedicated cybersecurity team, step into a vital role that enhances our cybersecurity posture. You will join the Cybersecurity GRC Team in our Information Assurance Branch, where your experience and expertise will contribute significantly to a team known for its technical proficiency, research, analytic rigor, customer focus, and responsiveness. Your responsibilities will center on Risk Management, industry RM frameworks, and Senate specific processes. In this role, you will also provide support to other team members across the cybersecurity department.
