Control Account Manager (CAM)
M2 Integration is a dynamic team with a proven track record in government, defense, and aerospace sectors. The CAM is responsible for establishing baseline plans, monitoring actual performance against those plans, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track. CAMs are also tasked with maintaining compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements, as well as facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including government representatives, contractors, and project teams. Their oversight helps ensure the successful execution of Department of Defense projects while maintaining accountability and transparency throughout the process.
M2 is seeking a Control Account Manager – Aerospace to perform the following:
Computer use (use computer regularly for entire work shift)
Environment - Indoor/Outdoor

Shift and Benefits
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM -5:00PM

Hiring Range:
$ 113,400.00 - $138, 690.00
Actual base compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle point of the hiring range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Benefits:
M2 is seeking a Control Account Manager – Aerospace to perform the following:
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for Do D projects, and ensure compliance with Do D regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain project WBS plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance and progress, and identify variances and risks.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address project variances and risks.
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to review project status and progress.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including performance reports and financial reports.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
- Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of experience as a Control Account Manager on Do D projects.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Knowledge of Do D regulations, policies, and procedures related to project management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
