The candidate must take initiative to become an excellent sales person, and further develop their HVAC knowledge to better inform our customers. The right candidate has the chance to grow with our Sales Department and become a Sales Manager.

Who You Are:
You are a diligent and customer-oriented individual with the ability to educate those looking to buy an HVAC system. You have strong communication skills and a technical aptitude, you thrive in a role where you can make a difference in people's comfort and energy efficiency. Industry experience is highly recommended, but not a requirement.


Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide personalized HVAC solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Foster strong connections with customers and deliver exceptional service at every stage of the sales process to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Articulate technical details about heating and cooling systems in a manner that is clear and easily understandable for customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to guide customers in selecting heating and cooling systems that optimize their comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth and successful execution of the recommended HVAC solutions.
  • Engage in proactive prospecting efforts and meet with customers in their homes to understand their needs firsthand.
  • Approach sales with confidence and integrity, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their chosen HVAC solutions.


Qualifications
:

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and products is required.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers.
  • Assertive and results-oriented, with the goal to succeed.
  • Self-motivated individual, willing and eager to learn and grow.
  • Outstanding customer service and presentation skills to interface effectively with potential customers.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Flexible and have a great attitude in life.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct business based on honesty and integrity.


Compensation:
At Synergy3, we recognize that our sales team is the driving force behind our success. This is demonstrated through our generous commission structure, which offers the opportunity for substantial income. Our sales representatives exceed $100,000 in earnings annually, with a base salary of $60,000.
