We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and directing inquiries as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, and data entry to support office operations.
Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance office efficiency and client satisfaction.
Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, record keeping, and communication.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or office management is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
