Essential Functions
- Collaborate and build relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, issuing quotes, preparing bids, utilizing sales lead resources to turn leads into opportunities, and educating customers.
- Provide support and relevant solutions to meet customer needs, conducting regular account analysis, and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Everts Air Customer Service, Load Control, and Cargo departments to help ensure new and existing customers benefit from a seamless sale to service experience, especially with charter services.
- Observe and report on the competitive marketplace and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain comprehensive knowledge of Everts Air product offerings, processes, and changes to service.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documenting and tracking all significant customer interaction and competitive information through the company CRM.
- Participate in conferences, exhibits, and trade shows to promote Everts Air services and business opportunities.
- Support and participate in an organizational culture in which a passion for continuous improvement is essential.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in cargo operations or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously without compromising on quality. This requires a combination of focus, organization and superior time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential skills needed to remain professional to ensure any changes are dealt with swiftly.
- Must have a working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Office products, and be comfortable learning the company’s reservation and CRM systems. Experience with Teams and Hubspot preferred.
- Must have strong listening skills with the ability to interpret and analyze customers’ needs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
