We are looking for a skilled baker and day chef to join our team this summer. As our day chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast and lunch services, bake fresh breakfast pastries and breads, clean and sanitize work station and kitchen area, and ensure the kitchen and prep stations are clean and organized for the next service. You will undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis for the Breakfast and lunch shift, such as creating fresh soups and salads, baking bread and dinner rolls, and assist in creating fresh and exciting desserts for the dinner menu. You must also be skilled to stand in for the sous chef on relief days. Compensation includes FREE ROOM and BOARD. You will also be eligible for an end of the season bonus. Prerequisites:
