Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
Ensure that all food items are presented attractively and replenished as needed throughout the service period.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.
Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent guest services to enhance their dining experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and address any guest requests promptly.

Skills

Proficiency in Open Table or similar reservation systems is a plus.
Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest services.
Experience in bussing, food preparation, and food handling practices.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions effectively.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests positively.
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in banquet settings is advantageous but not required.
