Front Desk and Server

We are looking for a detailed orientated front desk assistant that will also be cross trained as a front of the house server for a remote upscale luxury lodge in Southeast Alaska for the summer season. We offer FREE room and board for our staff. We are the #1 place to stay in the Glacier Bay/Gustavus area and it all starts with you!
The Bear Track Inn is a family run lodge in Gustavus, Alaska and sits on 90+ acres off the Icy Straits of Alaska near Glacier Bay National Park. This is a remote location with a small town 6 miles away.
Your responsibilities would be:

Providing excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Taking reservations, greeting guests, arranging shuttles, taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages, cashier, general cleaning and sanitizing.
Splitting your time between the front desk and dinning room to maximize the guest experience
Answering questions and sharing additional information with guests and restaurant patrons.
Perform all basic activities in restaurant such as helping prep salads and desserts, making coffee, and keeping the dining room clean and organized.
Answering phones, data entry, completing guest registrations, managing transportation logs, making guest activity reservations
