Bookkeeper
- Position Title: Bookkeeper
- Position Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Work Week: Monday-Friday
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Hourly Pay: $20.00
The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 3 years of recent verifiable experience as a financial professional.
Position Description:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for updating company financial accounts and records.
Bookkeeper Job Duties:
- Check accounting records for accuracy.
- Track company invoices and payments.
- Maintain company documents.
- Document and monitor financial transactions.
- Prepare and file financial documents.
- Processing AP and AR.
- Reconcile company accounts.
- Process payroll and track payroll data.
- All other duties as needed.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Administrative skills for filing financial records.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
