The Barista is responsible for providing service to retail customers by performing duties related to customer service, cashiering, cafeteria operations, sanitation, and general food service procedures.
Requirements:
One year of cashier experience preferred.
Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for Cashier position and Food and Nutrition Services.
Able to demonstrate sufficient proficiency in English to complete training, standards for performance expectations and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
Ability to complete job duties and responsibilities within a timely manner in a challenging work environment related to continual changing patient/customer needs.
Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles for service excellence.
