We are seeking a skilled Annuities Operations Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service within our Life Insurance and annuities department.

Essential Job Functions:

Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Interface with team members, management, and customers regarding service issues.
Review client reports regularly to ensure data integrity and submit reports to management.
Recommend and implement modifications to procedures and workflows to enhance transaction processing efficiency.
Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements.
Support department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Provide project and change request support for operations and PHS.
Build and maintain relationships with other departments.
Accurately identify root causes of issues and maintain relevant databases.
Investigate customer complaints and fraud concerns and respond appropriately.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Previous experience in business operations and process transactions.
Strong customer service experience.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures.
A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

Previous experience with business process transactions for Life Insurance and Annuities is a plus.
FINRA Series 6 certification is a plus.

Work Environment

Remote work within the United States of America.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 CST.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $35,000 - $65,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
