Job Summary
This position directly supports Enrollment Management’s and the University’s goals to admit and matriculate a growing freshman class. Ensure students are admitted within established service objectives and maintain accurate application data processing. This position will serve as a liaison between Admission Operations and the Undergraduate Recruitment to ensure that excellent communication is maintained. This position will be responsible for answering inquiries from internal and external customers related to application statuses, admission operations process/procedures, and updates.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows, MS Office (including word, outlook, Excel), SAP (SLCM) experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and decision making ability.

Preferred Education/Experience
Prior work with high school students preferred. Bachelors degree plus one year of related experience is also preferred.
