Location: Smyrna, Delaware
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Rate of Pay: $14.00 an hour

Essential Functions
- Provides support to the financial stewardship section.
- Monitoring financial stewardship resource mailbox
- Tracking and updating funding requests
- Collecting and filing quarterly time certifications
- Serves as a back-up for answering phones and greeting Visitors.
- Use of Microsoft products.
- Maintains and controls data and/or filing systems to ensure effective, accurate and easily retrievable documentation.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Knowledge of administrative support practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling and composition.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to verify accuracy of information, resolve discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, employees and the public.
Must have the ability to use Microsoft Excel
