Title: Administrative Assistant Level II
Starting Wage: $25.30 per hour
Reports to: Network Director
Location: Remote (preferred in California)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Status: Regular, Full Time (up to 40 hours per week)
Effective Date: November 2024

POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Network Director the Administrative Assistant Level II will be responsible in helping
maintain an effective workflow to support all activities within the Network of Promotoras/es and Community Health
Workers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate records of all regional Network committee members’ information and regional activities using the
required organizational systems. Assist Network team with purchase orders, expense reports, and travel
coordination.
- Centralize and organize all support materials for the regional Network committees. This may include, but is not
limited to minutes, agendas, work plans, fundraising letters, etc. Update and maintain the organizational database.
- Participate in meetings as requested by the Director and write, edit, and distribute the minutes for these meetings.
- Assist with the coordination of regional coordinators’ meetings by sending reminders, reserving a phone line and/or
space as well as with the follow up needed.
- Assist members of the regional Network committees by providing them letters of support, fundraising letters,
obtaining permits and insurance documents for the activities on their annual work plans.
