Qualifications for Accounting Clerk
- 2-3 years of office clerical experience
- Telephone customer service experience is plus
- Accounts payable experience preferred
- Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
- Data entry and typing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications a plus
Responsibilities for Accounting Clerk
- Enters accounts payable
- Match invoices to receiving documentation
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Mail customer invoices
- Filing
- Answer phones as needed
- Enter data into spreadsheets
- Generate monthly reports
