Outpatients Administrator
Reporting to the Outpatient Team Leader for the Private Consulting Rooms, the Private Patient Outpatient Administrator will be responsible for delivering the highest level of administrative service to both patients and clinical teams. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for patients during their outpatient appointments and will therefore ensure the highest standards of hospitality to all patients and visitors to the department. They will act as a positive ambassador for the service, promoting and marketing the private service to patients and other end users.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate you have significant experience in providing excellent customer service to patients within a professional, can-do attitude. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to and liaise effectively within clinical and non-clinical teams across the trust to ensure that the patients journey is seamless.

This role is on a shift pattern shared among three team members which offers different starting and finishing times on a rota.
