Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Summary: The Sales Manager in Real Estate is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop strategic sales plans, and expand the company's client base. This role involves overseeing the sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the real estate market of the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Set sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Operations:
• Oversee the daily sales operations and ensure efficient processes.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other sales events.
• Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to promote properties.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage the sales budget.
• Monitor sales expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and financial reports to senior management.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Lead negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals.
• Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements.
• Ensure smooth and timely completion of sales transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software/Salesforce, MS Office., Oracle Net Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Professional certification in real estate or sales management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate industry.

Working Conditions:

• The role may require working outside regular office hours, including weekends and holidays.
