Sales Coordinator
Perfume Company in Sharjah looking for sales coordinator:
Your duties and responsibilities:
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Language:
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting and working directly with the Sales Team and Sales Manager.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and assist in arranging delivery dates.
- Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product details.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Handling sales tasks overseas
- System entries and records quotation and sales order directed by sales team
- What we are looking for:
- Preferable Arabic speaker
- UAE driving license
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail orientation
- Organization skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good computer skills
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: starting AED 3,000.00 per month
- Other package details to be discussed during interview
