Sales Coordinator

Perfume Company in Sharjah looking for sales coordinator:
Your duties and responsibilities:
  • Assisting and working directly with the Sales Team and Sales Manager.
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and assist in arranging delivery dates.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product details.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Handling sales tasks overseas
  • System entries and records quotation and sales order directed by sales team
  • What we are looking for:
  • Preferable Arabic speaker
  • UAE driving license
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: starting AED 3,000.00 per month
  • Other package details to be discussed during interview
