Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and grow key customer accounts through effective account management practices
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee territory sales activities and develop plans to expand market reach
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Lead generation through various marketing channels
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize inside and outside sales efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in territory management and lead generation techniques
- Experience in account management and customer service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
