Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team as a full time.
Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
· Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
· Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently.
· Utilize Excel skills for data entry and record management.
· Manage and update our social media platforms.
· Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the front desk.
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills and a friendly,
professional demeanor.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
· Familiarity with social media platforms.
· Fluent in Arabic with very good English communication
skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
