We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our dental clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims promptly.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and insurance details.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist patients with insurance-related questions and provide clear explanations of their benefits.
- Collaborate with the front desk and billing department to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate billing.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance policies, procedures, and any changes in regulations.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Arabic with very good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
