Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at I Smile Dental Center. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, utilizing medical terminology and optimizing patient experience.

Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in Arabic and English language
- Experience performing receptionist duties
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in dental office or healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Receptionist Duties: A medical receptionist should be able to manage appointments, maintain medical records, and respond to patient queries.
- Medical Terminology: Medical receptionists should have knowledge and proficiency in using medical terminology to communicate with clinicians and patients.
- Medical Office Management: Medical receptionists should have experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a medical office including patient scheduling and managing medical records.
