QC Controller
As QC Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action documentation.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality requirements and performance expectations.
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and optimize product quality.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality control.
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experince as a QC Controller.
- Monitoring skills & reporting.
