HR DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
HR Document controller is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
Maintains employee's files both electronic and hard copy.
They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
Set up, copy, scan and store documents
Manage requests for documentation
Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Requirements and skills
CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY AND WILLING TO RELOCATE IN RAS AL KHAIMAH
Proven work experience as a HR Document Controller, Admin, Secretary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
