Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced International Food Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing a variety of international cuisines and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. As an International Food Chef, you will be responsible for designing and preparing a diverse menu that caters to our diverse clientele. We provide food and accommodation as part of the employment package.

As an International Food Chef, you will be responsible for designing and preparing a diverse menu that caters to our diverse clientele. We provide food and accommodation as part of the employment package.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Create and develop a diverse menu featuring dishes from various international cuisines, ensuring high quality and creativity.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and presentation.
- Ingredient Management: Source, select, and use the freshest ingredients, maintaining inventory and managing waste efficiently.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Customer Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback and make improvements to the menu and service.
- Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on international cuisines. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of various international cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong creativity and a passion for developing unique and diverse dishes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer preferences.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Salary:AED 3000
