Marketing Coordinator
1. Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and marketing partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Help develop marketing collateral such as brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
- Help in writing copy for advertisements, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the brand's message.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with email marketing by creating newsletters, managing email lists, and tracking open/click rates.
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, offering insights on how to improve future campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Assist in compiling reports and presentations on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Help the team stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools.
- Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including venue selection, invitations, and follow-up.
- Ensure branding is consistent across all event materials.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating team activities.
- Organize and maintain a library of marketing materials and digital assets.
- Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing activities.
