Marketing Coordinator

1. Campaign Support:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and marketing partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Help develop marketing collateral such as brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.
2. Content Creation & Management:
  • Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
  • Help in writing copy for advertisements, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the brand's message.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing:
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with email marketing by creating newsletters, managing email lists, and tracking open/click rates.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, offering insights on how to improve future campaigns.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in compiling reports and presentations on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Help the team stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools.
5. Event Coordination:
  • Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including venue selection, invitations, and follow-up.
  • Ensure branding is consistent across all event materials.
6. Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating team activities.
  • Organize and maintain a library of marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing activities.
