Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests to the restaurant, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve Food and Beverages: Ensure timely and proper serving of food and beverages, maintaining high service standards.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, answer any questions regarding the menu, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guests' needs throughout the dining experience and promptly address any issues or requests.
- Payment Processing: Present the bill and process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Cleanliness and Setup: Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Adherence to Hotel Policies: Follow all hotel procedures and standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
- Up-selling: Suggestively sell additional items like appetizers, desserts, or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
