Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Regularly inspects the facility to identify maintenance needs.
Prepares the maintenance plan.
Supervises outside contractors (eg, electricians, plumbers) during installations, repairs or maintenance.
Inspects and maintains building equipment and systems (eg heating, ventilation, etc.).
Ensures equipment is used safely and plans regular maintenance.
Diagnoses equipment faults and carries out their repair.
Manages emergency interventions while minimizing production disruptions.
Plans maintenance activities in accordance with production schedules.
Contributes to the development of the maintenance budget and ensures its compliance.
Records maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Monitors inventory of materials, spare parts and maintenance equipment.
Participates in the coordination of different projects (eg renovations).
Ensures compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
Leads and mentors the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Perform factory layout drawings and adjustments.
Drawing of spare parts and tools.
Job Experience
- Vocational secondary education. Higher education in mechatronic, electrical, mechanical engineering or similar profiles is preferred.
- Work experience in maintenance of industrial production equipment.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and compressor systems.
- Knowledge in using the computer and its basic programs.
