About the Operational Model

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Coordinate routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery and equipment.
• Oversee emergency maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Ensure maintenance team availability to handle urgent issues and unscheduled repairs at all times, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any identified hazards or compliance issues.
• Work closely with production managers and other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Oversee the maintenance of the factory’s physical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Support new equipment installations and coordinate maintenance requirements with project teams.
• Implement and maintain maintenance practices that support the factory’s quality management systems.
• Monitor and manage energy usage within the factory to optimize efficiency.

Key Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience working in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
