Job Description
Welcomes and accommodates customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome;
Accompanying customers to the designated tables;
Reservations Management: answering phone calls ethically and organizing reservations in an efficient manner;
Collaborates with the waitresses and staff to ensure a good turnover of tables and customer satisfaction;
Handles special customer requests, such as special seating arrangements, large groups or various celebrations;
Handles complaints and, if necessary, refers them to the manager;
Ensures the implementation of the defined Regulations;
Job Experience
- Experience as a Hostess or in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Knowledge of reservation systems;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor;
