Maintenance Supervisor
Operations:
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support of organizations mission- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall planning, Projects Coordination, system and controls.
- Development of individual project budgets, Set Timeline, Manage and complete projects as initiated by the Management.
- Install Check and Measures to strengthen internal control.
- Work with various authorities agencies to obtain license, permissions, approvals etc. For Big to Small projects, plant and machinery and factory operations.
- Govt. /Authorities Relations Contact.
- Trouble shoot and find root cause of problems and find a feasible and practical solution.
- Carry out tasks as laid out by top management in course of business.
- Initiate and manage complete maintenance of plant and machinery.
- Major Objective is to match supply with demand at each stage of the product life-cycle.
- Ensure Good manufacturing Practice and organization GMP compliance.
- looking after all safety for the factory and all AMC are in place and up to date .
- Effectively manage Maintenance Team & Engineering.
- Good knowledge in procurement.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Planning, Projects Coordination, system and controls: 4 years (Required)
- Budgeting, Set Timeline, Manage/complete projects: 3 years (Required)
- Knowledge- safety of plant and AMC: 3 years (Required)
- Knowledge in procurement - Plant Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
- Knowledge of Auto CAD drawings: 3 years (Required)
