Maintenance Supervisor
Job Title: Property Maintenance Executive
Location: Ajman & Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
As a Property Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties in Sharjah. Your role will involve ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, addressing any issues promptly, and coordinating with various contractors and service providers to uphold the highest standards of property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspections and Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and issues. Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations as required.
Vendor Management:Source and manage a network of reliable contractors and service providers for various maintenance tasks.
Obtain competitive bids for maintenance projects and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Budget Management:Assist in developing and managing the property maintenance budget. Ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions while maintaining quality standards.
Tenant and Client Communication:Address maintenance concerns and inquiries from tenants and clients in a timely and professional manner. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
Compliance and Safety:Ensure all properties comply with relevant health, safety, and building regulations. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, expenses, and contracts. Prepare regular maintenance reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related field.
- Proven experience in property maintenance and management, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Sharjah.
- Driving License with Own car is required for this position.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
