Key Responsibilities:
· Logistics Planning:
o Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient movement of goods.
o Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to optimize supply chain operations.
· Transportation Coordination:
o Oversee transportation activities, including scheduling and routing of deliveries.
o Negotiate contracts with transportation providers to secure cost-effective services
· Shipping Coordination:
o Oversee the coordination of shipments from origin to destination.
o Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
· Carrier Management:
o Establish and maintain relationships with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
o Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize costs.
· Documentation and Compliance:
o Ensure all shipping documents are accurately prepared and maintained.
o Comply with local and international regulations related to logistics and shipping.
· Performance Monitoring:
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations.
o Implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
· Customer Service:
o Address and resolve any issues related to logistics and delivery.
o Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
· Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and warehouse management.
o Provide support and guidance to junior logistics staff.
o Significant knowledge in Shipping line business
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
o Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
o Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Preferred but not Required:
o Experience in international shipping and customs regulations.
o Lady Candidates.
o Can start Immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
