POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced E-commerce management & sales manager with extensive experience in managing large e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales techniques, with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction who is proficient in managing e-commerce operations on major platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and others. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategy Development and Execution: · Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies. · Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth. · Set sales targets and KPIs, and ensure they are met or exceeded. 2. Platform Management: · Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring high visibility and conversion rates on platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc. · Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and inventory management. · Collaborate with platform account managers to maximize sales opportunities. 3. Digital Marketing: · Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media. · Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI. · Develop content for product descriptions, blogs, social media, and other digital channels. 4. Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction: · Drive sales growth through innovative sales techniques and effective marketing strategies. · Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. · Handle customer negotiations with a polite and professional demeanour, aiming for win-win outcomes. · Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. · Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively. 5. Customer Engagement: · Enhance customer experience and satisfaction through effective communication and engagement strategies. · Manage customer reviews and feedback, implementing improvements based on insights. · Develop and execute loyalty programs and promotional campaigns. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting: · Utilize analytics tools to track and report on e-commerce performance. · Provide regular reports to senior management on sales, marketing activities, and market trends. · Use data insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. 7. Team Collaboration: · Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, supply chain, and customer service. · Develop and maintain extensive databases and collaborate with influencers, interior designers, real estate agents, and B2B partners in the home furniture and decor sector in the UAE. Organize and manage events to enhance brand visibility and partnerships. · Lead the team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. · Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce sales and marketing, preferably with large platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc. · Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and sales techniques. · Proficient in using e-commerce tools and analytics platforms. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Knowledge of the UAE market and consumer behaviour. · Extensive database and network with influencers, interior designers, real estate agents, and B2B partners in the home furniture and decor sector.
