E-Commerce Expert
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Expert to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of our online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our e-commerce operations including web design, market research, analytics, marketing strategy, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic e-commerce initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives, driving profitable growth.
- Take full ownership of the website's operational capabilities, including aesthetics, functionality, and content, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient user experience.
- Utilize advanced analytics to analyse each point in the growth marketing funnel, test and implement winning strategies to acquire and convert new e Commerce and subscription customers.
- Third-Party Integrations: Leverage analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, bounce rates, and customer retention rates, and use this data to make informed decisions that optimize website performance and refine marketing and site strategies.
- Manage day to day operations and develop, maintain operational procedures for the e-
commerce activities, including order management, customer service, fulfilment, ensuring alignment with business operations.
- Oversee the online product catalogue, ensuring it is reflective of the brand, aligned with market demand, and effectively promoted to maximize sales potential.
- Manage product promotions, and pricing strategies to align with inventory and sales objectives, including the introduction of new products and the phasing out of underperformers.
- Handle customer service escalations, providing solutions for complex customer service issues that arise from online transactions.
- Ensure that the e-commerce platform is robust, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations, safeguarding customer information and company data.
Qualifications:
-5+ years’ experience in a consumer-facing digital marketing role, preferably in an e Commerce environment.
-Demonstrated impact in a performance marketing, e Commerce, or sales role.
-Experience using platforms like Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Square, Optimizely, Site Catalyst, or related marketing/e Commerce technologies.
-Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media strategies.
-Strong marketing and tech-savvy mindset.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
