Assistant Accountant
Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Location: Industrial Area, Sharjah
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring and reconciliation with the storekeeper.
- Track and update asset records and manage the calculation of depreciation.
- Collaborate with the storekeeper to handle inventory stock and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in financial reporting related to inventory, assets, and payables.
- Perform regular inventory audits and maintain detailed records.
- Support the accounting department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in accounting with a focus on accounts payable and inventory management.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo).
- Strong knowledge of asset management and depreciation principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with storekeeping and other departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have UAE Driving License is an advantage
Contract length: 24 months
