HR & Admin

Job Title: HR & Admin Officer
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing the day-to-day HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle payroll processing.
  • Understand about WPS system implemented in UAE
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Administrative:
  • Understand and capable to company licensing and tenancy contract
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of documents for meetings.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee the maintenance of company facilities, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Qualifications:
  • Prefer to have an Arabic or Tagalog speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and understand to operate Odoo system
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
