Accountant (Tagalog Speaker)
Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities for a manufacturing company.
- Record and reconcile accounts payable
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Handle Inventory management system
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry in the UAE.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business initiatives.
- Tagalog Speaker is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo or any ERP software) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with UAE accounting regulations and standards is preferred.
Contract length: 24 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- What is your salary expectation?
- VAT filing and audit: 2 years (Required)
