We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the marketing team, helping to develop and implement marketing strategies, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations. Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Content Creation: Help in creating content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Data Management: Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and promote marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Experience: Experience in a marketing role (fresher can apply)

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Linked In) and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge in creative design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
