Trainee, Export - Import Operations
We are seeking an Export – Import Operations Trainee to support our Logistics team at Constantia Propak’s İzmir office for 6 months, working 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s logistics strategy.
- Manage daily shipment plans across all sales channels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and 3PL partners.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for the logistics department.
- Ensure accurate inventory record-keeping.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
