Export Customer Service Associate Position:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Receiving export orders from customers and preparing the loading plans accordingly
Ensuring the shipment of the export customers' orders in the right time, in the right quality with the right quantity
Timely preparation of all error-free export documents concerning the finished/semi-finished goods and all other products to be exported
Preparing proper customs & customer documents with a high level customer service approach
Requirements:
University Degree (B.Sc.) in BA, Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalents
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Supply chain
Advanced level of English is a must
Project management skills
Advanced Software and System Skills (MS Office, SAP)
Customer service oriented profile
